John Lightfoot

John Lightfoot is a documentary filmmaker based in Berkeley, California. He has made films about professional wrestlers, mining towns, machine guns, blues musicians, and subterranean geological phenomena in Southern New England. His work has screened at art museums and film festivals nationally and been broadcast on PBS. He attended NYU (BA), Brown University (MA), and San Francisco State University (MFA). He is the co-founder with photographer Apollonia Morrill of Site-Specific Documentary.
