Corporate/Foundation Giving:
The Princess Grace Foundation - USA invites corporations, foundations, businesses and associations to provide funding support for its important programs and initiatives. Corporate support can come from one of several sources – corporate foundations, gifts of cash, service or in-kind contributions. Grants provide the Foundation an opportunity to support work in many different areas ranging from general support for PGF-USA operations, to specific artistic endeavors.
Corporate Matching Gifts:

Gifts of Stock:
A direct gift of appreciated securities or stock to the Princess Grace Foundation - USA is a simple, tax-efficient way to give, while also allowing the donor to receive an income tax deduction (equal to the fair market value of the stock at the time of the gift) and the opportunity to avoid capital gains tax. Just as the Princess Grace Foundation - USA was designed to continue the invaluable work of the late Princess Grace, we encourage you to remember and include the PGF-USA in your estate plans. By doing so, you will help ensure the perpetual success of the PGF-USA for years to come. Some potential benefits available to you, your family and your heirs, may include a federal income and/or estate tax deduction. Bequests or beneficiary designations of retirement benefits are two of the most popular ways to make such gifts. The bequest language should be “To Princess Grace Foundation-USA of New York, New York.” The Princess Grace Foundation-USA is a nonprofit corporation qualified under section 501 (c) (3), gifts to which are deductible for federal income, gift, and estate tax purposes.
